Delivery and Installation Assistant for Ice Sculpture Studio (flexible schedule: weekdays, after hours and weekends)

Looking for an awesome candidate to join the ever growing, hard working, arts business to help with wide scope of studio work, from maintenance, production, delivery, installation, and breakdown.

WHAT WE NEED:

- Delivery and installations of orders in NYC and beyond, often involving client communication.

- Breakdown/clean up task, including late hours.

- Shop maintenance including cleaning, repair, inventory.

- Support with preliminary production processes, open for further training if interested, willing and able.

- STARTING $20/hour

LITTLE MORE IN DETAIL:

MUST have a clean driving record as well as being comfortable driving around NYC and beyond.

Highly motivated, reliable, a team player, considerate, meticulous, and well-spoken. This is a primarily physically demanding job; the candidate must be able to carry at least 60 lbs., comfortable with power tools, punctual and flexible work hours. The environment is often fast paced where no two days are the same. An unfailing optimist and a great problem solver, a trusted supporter/confidant in challenging times and sudden deadlines. A keen observer, thinks a few steps ahead always to help see the common goals, self-initiating and reliant to help keep things moving forward and stay busy.
