Property Maintenance - Part time

Looking for a Property Maintenance helper with a car to handle maintenance at properties in Mt. Vernon, Yonkers, and North Bronx.

Must have a working reliable vehicle.

Looking for someone local to Mt. Vernon/ North Bronx only.

Year Round:

1. Handling of weekly garbage (Sunday evening for Monday pickup and Wednesday evening for Thursday pickup)

2. Handling of weekly recycling (Tuesday evening for Wednesday pickup)

3. Ensure no hazards around the properties

Winter:

1. Shovel Snow as needed

2. Lay Salt as needed

Spring/Summer/Fall:

1. Lawn Maintenance 1 to 2 times a month or as needed (Equipment provided)
