Small law firm is looking for a staffing consultant to help make sure that we are getting the right people in the right positions. We don't need help running ads and sourcing candidates, just someone to discuss our current situation with, including what roles we should fill and what skills and experience we are looking for in each role.

For example, we currently have a generalist serving as admin assistant, bookkeeper, paralegal and case manager. It seems we should hire a part-time admin assistant, a part-time paralegal, a part-time case/project manager and a bookkeeper. And outside attorneys to do the work. But there are also questions about how to transition each of these roles into the firm. And of course, planning for future growth.

Pay is $50/hr. for telephone/Zoom meeting time discussing issues and candidates.
