Motivated Support Male Staff Needed – Howard Beach, Queens (Full-Time)

We are seeking a reliable, driven, and compassionate full-time support male staff member to work one-on-one with a 33-year-old individual with a disability in Howard Beach, Queens. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who is motivated to make a positive impact while supporting personal growth, independence, and career development.

The position offers 30 hours per week at $27 per hour. The primary workdays are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, with some flexibility required during daytime hours to accommodate the individual’s schedule and activities.

The ideal candidate will be energetic and encouraging, as the individual enjoys going to the gym Monday through Friday and benefits from hands-on motivation and accountability. In addition, the role involves supporting computer-based activities, including assisting with online acting opportunities, promoting and selling graphic design work, and helping the individual stay organized, focused, and consistent in pursuing employment goals.

We are looking for someone who can provide structure, guidance, and positive reinforcement—helping the individual understand work routines, the importance of effort, and how to build healthy habits that support long-term success. Experience with computers, job searching, creative platforms, and motivational coaching is strongly preferred.
