Position Details
This is a full-time, in-person position requiring 32–40 hours per week.
Tentative Schedule:
Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are closed for patient care on weekends and most Mondays.
Key Responsibilities
Managing new patient records and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
Supporting the in-office patient flow and overall experience
Overseeing equipment, supply levels, and operatory readiness
Presenting and facilitating acceptance of recommended treatment
Contributing to the office ambiance and delivering personalized hospitality
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of full-time clinical dental experience
Proficiency in the fundamentals: infection control, high-quality radiographs, chairside assisting, and digital scanning
Bonus skills (not required but highly valued):
In-office whitening
DSLR photography
Invisalign
3D printing
Cosmetic dentistry experience
