Job Summary:

The Program Manager oversees and ensures the effective operation of programs while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, and upholding high standards of service delivery. This position involves managing staff, coordinating client services, and ensuring program goals are met efficiently. The Program Manager also fosters collaboration with external partners and community resources to optimize client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, security, and privacy policies.

Adhere to Universal Precautions and Standard Protocol & Procedures.

Collaborate with peers across programs to address client progress and share best practices.

Supervise direct reporting staff, set performance targets, and ensure contract requirements are met.

Develop, document, and oversee all program activities.

Interface with the Director of Housing Operations or property management to maintain clean and efficient building operations.

Participate in start-up activities, including program development, marketing, lease-ups, and implementation.

Access and coordinate community resources to support client needs.

Salary $70,000-$80,000 annually
