Part-Time General Dentist

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Dentist to join our thriving dental practice. As a dentist with our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients. We welcome applicants at all levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental examinations, fillings, and other major procedures.

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions.

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative dental care.

- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.

- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

Requirements:

- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.

- Active NYS dental license in good standing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well within a team environment.

- Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Dentrix and Dexis.

Working Conditions:

- Part-time position based on practice needs.

- 6-9 Hour work days. Days of work are TBD.

- Ensure a clean and comfortable dental office environment.

- Some Saturdays are required.

- Compensation is to be discussed.
