SERVER - Italian Restaurant

General requirements:

Must have knowledge of Upscale Italian Cuisine and Fine Wines.

Greet and make all guests feel welcomed.

Explain to guests menu items, daily specials and wine selections.

Well mannered, friendly individual with emphasis to attentive service, providing guests a memorable dining experience.

Perform other restaurant duties for opening or closing shifts.

Must be well groomed with professional appearance and open availability.

Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience in fine dining establishments.
