Barista at FUN and FAST Atmosphere (like CHEERS for Cafes)

Good vibes. Good money. Fun environment! We are a cafe that serves food, beer/wine, alongside the BEST coffee on the Upper East Side (our staple product.) We are in search of someone great to work with an amazing team. Those who can make latte art go straight to the front of the line. If you have your food handlers license, go even further to the front.

Also, we are looking for someone LONG TERM - even if only part time. We love continuity and it's important to the stability of the store and for our customers to have someone who will be here as a fixture. We love all potential applicants, but it's important that we have employees that are family to both us, and the customers, too! Family is everything here.

We care about the happiness of our employees and we come from the restaurant world. We are not corporate guys who are never around. We actually work and would never ask an employee to do anything that we wouldn't do on a daily basis. We are a family-oriented business and we look for employees who will become extensions of our own families.

Again, We are looking for baristas with actual coffee experience. It really is a must. Food handlers, too, or at least willing to sign up within the first month of hire. Full time or part-time. Pay will be based on experience! Interviews will start next week on Tuesday (January 6th)!
