Hiring Lead Line Cook

Hoexters is looking for experienced lead line cook that wants to join our team in our fast paced busy restaurant. Weekend availability & brunch experience are a must! A great opportunity to join a growing team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure food is cooked and presented in an efficient and timely manner.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Assist with prep work and inventory management as needed.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high food quality and consistency.

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a line cook in a busy restaurant environment.

Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
