Seeking General Manager

Iconic Lower East Side Bar / Restaurant, The Flower Shop seeking General Manager to work along side ownership and Chef Eddie Huang.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service

Lead, train, and inspire a passionate front- and back-of-house team

Maintain high standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness

Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

Drive sales through innovative promotions, events, and community engagement

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for growth

Foster a positive, team-focused work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to run and sell a thoughtful, small wine program

Proven experience managing a reputable hospitality venue in NYC

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure

Knowledge of food safety, service standards, and industry trends

A people-first mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction
