- Banquet Sales Manager $70K to $75K + Gratuities, salary would be well over a $100K in total for a large Catering Facility in

Flatlands, Brooklyn (Because of location, a car is Necessary!)

Work in the office during the week and arrange interviews with clients regarding menus and party functions

On the weekends, work as a maitre'd, supervising wait staff, service, and party functions

NO FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE WILL QUALIFY YOU WILL BE ELIMINATED FOR CONSIDERATION

- Coordinate with guests, waiters, the Chef, and the kitchen crew concerning setups and service

- Must have prior experience in a Hotel, Catering Facility, or Private Club

- Must have experience with weddings, Bat Mitzvahs, Large Parties, and Conference Parties

- Must have references

- Some upscale large Volume Venues are a plus
