Chubby Cattle Hiring: Busser (SoHo, Manhattan)

We are Chubby Cattle BBQ - SoHo, a high-volume, full-service restaurant in SoHo, Manhattan. We are looking for a Busser to help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining room.

Responsibilities:

Clear and reset tables promptly

Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and floors

Restock tableware, plates, utensils, and condiments as needed

Support servers and food runners to ensure smooth service flow

Assist with general dining room upkeep throughout the shift

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Reliability and punctual attendance

Ability to stand, walk, and carry dish bins/trays for extended periods

Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Expectation:

Weekend and dinner shift availability strongly preferred

Must be able to work full shifts consistently
