Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and kitchen procedures

Assemble and plate dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation at all times

Stock and organize workstations for maximum.

Applicants must be professional and experienced with points of service. Willing to train the right person. Preferably people near dobbs ferry, hastings on Hudson, white plains or dobbs ferry
