In the heart of the West Village, a new elevated cocktail bar is preparing to open its doors.

We’re building a small, sharp team ahead of opening and looking for a few exceptional people who understand what it means to create atmosphere.

MAITRE’D / GUEST EXPERIENCE LEAD

The person at the door sets the tone for the entire night.

We’re looking for someone magnetic, poised, and intuitive — someone who can manage presence, energy, and pace with calm command.

This isn’t a standard host role; it’s a leadership position rooted in connection, confidence, and control.

You should:

Have 3–5 years in elevated NYC hospitality (cocktail bars, boutique hotels, private clubs)

Know how to read a room and make people feel both welcome and lucky to be there

Be composed, organized, and confident with high-profile clientele

Carry yourself with warmth, discretion, and quiet authority

Full-time, salaried position with strong earning potential through gratuity and guest recognition.

COCKTAIL SERVERS

We’re also hiring experienced servers who bring charm, polish, and ease to the floor.

You know how to move through a room — reading guests, anticipating needs, and keeping the rhythm smooth.

You understand the balance between personality and professionalism, and you take pride in hospitality that feels human, not scripted.

You should:

Have 3+ years in high-end cocktail, lounge, or fine dining service

Be unflappable, attentive, and naturally engaging

Know your spirits and cocktails, or be excited to learn fast

Handle VIP guests with grace and complete discretion

Full-time and part-time roles available. Hourly + tips with excellent earning potential.
