Busy FIDI Cali-Mex Restaurant Seeking Talented BOH Line Cooks, Prep

Why Hello!

We are two life-long friends with a combined 30 years’ hospitality experience. Our beautiful new Modern Mexican concept has opened up and growing every day! The venue features two floors, 4.7k ft, 145 seats, 2 grand bars, PDR and plenty of event space in the heart of the Financial District. We are looking to add to our burgeoning team of energetic individuals.

We are looking for a team player who takes pride in their work ethic and attention to detail. A strong personality and the ability and desire to hustle is essential. Pooled house with well-trained professional staff who hold each other accountable.

We are currently accepting applications for 2 years required experience minimum

Line Cooks (Plancha) $20/hr

4pm-12 am wednesday-sunday

Tortilla/Prep 18/hr

monday tuesday Friday saturday sunday 4pm-12am

Hosting an open call this week from 10am-12am and 2pm - 4pm

Full-time available

Sign on Bonus.

Vacation pay

High Volume/NYC experience required.
