Cook for steam table

Looking to hire an experienced person who knows how to cook for a steam table at a busy luncheonette.

Able to creat different menus everyday.

Must know how to prep all meats for service:

Roast Turkey-Corn Beef-Roast Beef-Fried Chicken - Meat Loaf- sautéed vegetables- Eggplant - Chicken Francaise

Soups- Rice - Mashed potatoes.

Italian food.

Must be able to multi task.
