Bartender

Line Cook

Counter Service Team Member

As a Bartender, you will craft a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interact with customers, and provide personalized drink recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven bartending experience and a comprehensive resume

Expertise in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

Proficiency with POS systems

Strong communication skills in English (fluency in a second language is a plus)

Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar

Relevant bartending training or certification

As a Line Cook, you will provide excellent service by preparing and cooking dishes with precision while maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will uphold the CAI brand by ensuring quality and consistency in every dish and following all health and safety standards. Collaboration with your team is essential as you rotate stock, execute recipes, and maintain ingredient freshness. Punctuality, focus, and adherence to company policies are key to success in this role.

Requirements:

o Minimum 2 years of kitchen preparation and cooking experience

o At least 6 months of experience in a similar role

o Ability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings

o Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds

o Strong communication skills to interact with team members and managers

As a Counter Service Team Member, you’ll greet guests with energy, take orders, and ensure a smooth payment process. You'll create delicious and visually appealing menu items, maintain ice cream machinery, and keep work areas clean and safe.

Requirements:

o Provide courteous, quick service to guests

o Handle physical tasks like lifting and moving stock

o Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends and holidays

o Must be outgoing, friendly, and have great communication skills.
