The ideal candidate is a seasoned cook with a background in fine dining seeking a move towards management and stability. You should be interested in growing professionally, contributing to the direction of the menus and daily addition, and improving the art of hospitality within Fairfax’s walls. Proven work experience as a lead line cook or similar role in a fine-dining restaurant Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and ingredients Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle high-pressure situations Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and interact with customers Compensation Details Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00-$75,000.00) Benefits & Perks: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, Commuter Benefits, Potential Bonuses Required Skills Excellent Knowledge of Cooking Techniques, Kitchen Equipment, and Ingredients Strong Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to Work Collaboratively With Team Members
