Plado Tasting Bar is a carefully crafted mediterranean inspired small plate restaurant in Glen Cove. Currently looking for experienced and professional team members with the highest ambitions and desire to grow with a great company.

Looking for experienced bartenders

-Restaurant fine dining experience required

-Fluent in English

- Mixology and craft cocktail experience

-Ability to create new cocktails seasonally with varied ingredients, flavors, & profiles

-maintains a clean working environment at all times

-multitask making cocktails

-Maintain standards and policies of the bar

-knows how to build guests relationships for continued success

-Vast Knowledge of food, Wine & Spirits; predominantly Italian & Mediterranean

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple guests at once while keeping calm and collected.

-Delivers a professional thorough and efficient service with diligence and style. Can anticipate guests needs and act in a timely matter.

5+ years in fine dining required

Great people skills, attention to detail, proactive and motivated. Anticipates guests needs, can easily sell the menu and up sell on cocktails and wine. Full knowledge of italian food, mediterranean food, wine and spirits. Eager to work, focused on the job and tasks at hand. Full time & Part time positions available.
