General Manager Wanted for Busy Midtown East Bar & Restaurant

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our dynamic team in Midtown East, NYC. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth, we want to hear from you!

-Responsibilities:

- Hire and train FOH team members

- Manage payroll, bill payments, and QuickBooks reconciliation

- Run the floor, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service

- Oversee alcohol inventory and ordering

- Collaborate with our chef on BOH aspects

- Book and coordinate events, including private parties, corporate functions, and holiday celebrations

-Requirements:

- Proven NYC hospitality experience

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
