Responsibilities:

Oversee and support the front-of-house staff, including scheduling, training, and mentoring servers.

Ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience by maintaining high service standards.

Collaborate with management to optimize seating plans and turnover rates.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Maintain knowledge of the menu and assist in upselling food and beverage items.

Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.

Track inventory of service-related supplies and communicate needs to management.

Full-Time Head Bartender

Overview:

We are looking for a charismatic and detail-oriented Head Bartender to manage our bar operations and craft unique cocktail experiences for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative mixologist with leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the bar staff, including training on techniques, recipes, and service etiquette.

Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu, including seasonal and specialty drinks.

Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock management for the bar.

Maintain a welcoming and engaging bar environment for all guests.

Collaborate with management to implement promotions and events.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.

Monitor bar performance and ensure profitability by minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
