We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pizza Lead/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pizzeria. This role involves making high-quality pizzas, managing a team, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also handle inventory, staff training, and maintain a clean and efficient kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and oversee the production of pizzas to ensure high standards.

- Lead and manage a team, including training and scheduling staff.

- Manage inventory, order supplies.

- Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Experience in pizza-making (dough prep, topping, baking).

-Experience in a high volume NYC Pizza shop is required - being bi-lingual

- Leadership skills and experience managing a team.

- Strong customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

- Experience with inventory and basic financial management.
