THAI DINERFLOOR MANAGER Our mission here at Thai Diner is simple - quality great tasting food & friendly guestservice. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for service, mentoring & managing the day to day flow of operations to join the team! Requirements: Must have 3-4 years of high volume restaurant management experience Detail oriented and open communication skills Staff management and training background Guest relations Open availability Wineknowledge is a plus! Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Directing the flow of service, providing consistent leadership and delegating responsibilities, through leading-by-example Assist with hiring, training and education of front-of-house staff Perform restaurant opening and closing activities Ensure that restaurant service and quality standards are constantly met Benefits: Competitive salary PTO Health insurance Gym
