EXPERIENCED BARISTA WANTED - Dot's Cafe

We are hiring experienced baristas to join the team of our newly opened cafe, Dot's.

Dot’s is a daytime neighborhood sanctuary in the heart of the Hell’s Kitchen hustle, created by the team behind the popular wine bar Ardesia (est. 2009). We aim to bring the same warmth, friendly service, and level of quality our neighbors have come to expect at Ardesia over to our new cafe, which is located just across the street! Dot’s features a breakfast and lunch menu consisting of sandwiches, salads, soups and more - all familiar favorites but with signature twists. Alongside our food menus, Dot’s also provides high-quality specialty coffee and espresso drinks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year barista experience in a specialty coffee setting

Basic knowledge of espresso drinks and latte art

Provide warm and convivial customer service while efficiently working in a fast paced, high-volume environment

A true passion for creating a great experience for our guests

Strong work ethic and ability to work alongside a tight-knit team

OPEN SHIFTS ARE AS FOLLOWS - WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST:

Saturdays, 8:00am-1pm

Sundays, 8:00am-1pm

Mondays 6:45am-12:45pm

Experience with ToastPOS a plus

NYC Food Handler License a plus

Starting Rate: $16/hour + Tips
