Server - Japanese Fine Dining

Sushi Oku, an intimate 8-seat omakase restaurant located in the iconic former Scarr's Pizza space, is seeking a passionate part-time server to join our team. We’re looking for someone with prior experience in fine dining, a strong knowledge of wine, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sake is a plus.
