Experienced Bartender

Oso restaurant located in Harlem on 140th and Amsterdam Ave.

We are a Mexican restaurant with a large selection of Tequila and Mezcal.

We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team.

We are seeking someone with:

-At least 2 years of restaurant experience in NYC

-Must be well versed in classic cocktails

-Must have a strong understanding of spirits

-Experience in high-speed, high volume, high consistency restaurants

-Interested in being an integral part of our growth process by working with, not for, the leadership team

-Ability to move and work neatly, quickly, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-A mindset that values organization and attention to detail

-A mindset that values integrity, honesty, and teamwork

-A firm understanding of sanitation practices and health department standards

-Reliable

-NYC food handlers permit is a plus
