Experience: High-volume cooking experience and basic knife skills.

Station Mastery: Set up, maintain, and sanitize your station.

Inventory Skills: Manage inventory with FIFO and proper labeling.

Mental Readiness: Organize your workflow and be mentally prepared for your shift.

Equipment Savvy: Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly.

Team Spirit: Show respect and work seamlessly with our team.

What We Expect:

Flexibility: Work nights and weekends as needed.

Endurance: Stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift at least 50 pounds.
