Upscale Comedy Club seeking Daytime Administrative Host

Some of the DAY Hosts Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

+ Opening the club

+ Selling shows

+ Answering multi line phones

+ Assisting customers over the phone

+ Replying to emails/ Filing emails

+ Corresponding with management throughout the day

+ Selling Merchandise

+ Helping sanitize all surfaces

+ Helping to Maintain a Professional Atmosphere in the Club during Open Hours

+ Accepting Deliveries and Greeting Vendors

+ Acting as a liaison between Club and Customers, Producers and Industry VIPS

+ Administrative/Office Projects as Assigned

+ Opening the club

+ Selling shows

Requirements:

+MUST BE FLEXIBLE, AS THIS SCHEDULE CHANGES EVERY WEEK

+MUST BE AVAILABLE AT LEAST 2 -3 DAY SHIFTS A WEEK

+MUST BE AVAILABLE IN THE DAY, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS

+MUST BE ON TIME, RELIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE

+MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE A FAST PACE WORK ENVIRONMENT

+FAST LEARNER.

1-2 Years of Prior Administrative and/or Phone Experience Using Multiple Lines a MUST

Familiarity with MS Office Applications, Google and the Internet a MUST

Self-Motivated, Energetic, Outgoing Personality, Team player

EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills, as well as written and verbal Communication Skills.

Professional Appearance needs to fit an Upscale Club

Excellent References necessary
