Experienced Server is Needed at Prominent Brooklyn Restaurant

Kitchen at Cobble Hill is a beloved neighborhood restaurant that has been in business for over 14 years. We are serving Aegean cuisine of Greece and Turkey. We are looking for an experienced server to join our team who shares our passion for hospitality.

Must have attention to detail and able to follow instructions.

Must have comprehensive food, wine and spirits knowledge. 2+ years of experience in a restaurant industry

Be hospitality-driven. Be mindful that everything we do has an outcome on the guest experience

Will uphold all standards of service, be able to lead the support roles by example

Will communicate with kitchen, management, and floor team to ensure guest satisfaction

Must properly manage time and resources to balance the guest experience and the needs of the restaurant

Will accurately prepare checks and accept payment

Will represent Kitchen's vision and values

Taking part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties

Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment

The ideal candidates will have the following:

Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry

Demonstrate clear communication skills

Able to work in a team environment

Willingness to learn the bar and other aspects of hospitality
