Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food

- Cook and plate menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Monitor food stock and place orders when needed

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and specials

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years culinary experience

- Proven experience as a Su Chef, line cook or relevant position

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

- Understanding of food safety principles

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

- Certification from a culinary school or training program is a plus
