Celestine is an extremely busy, beautiful Mediterranean restaurant on the Dumbo Waterfront. We offer thoughtful and elegant food with warm, unpretentious hospitality.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on a real leadership role within an expanding restaurant group. We have new concepts opening in the coming months and opportunities for rapid advancement alongside them.

We’re hoping to hire folks who have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Bonus points for folks with event experience as we do a large volume of private and semi-private events.

-Self-motivated, clean, and organized with the ability to multitask effectively

-Fluent in English; strong proficiency in Spanish appreciated

-We have a zero tolerance policy for assholes! No toxicity allowed. Nice people only.

Compensation packages will include a base salary rate and a tiered quarterly bonus structure, plus annual bonuses at the end of the year. Health insurance stipend, paid vacation, and excellent family meals are provided to all.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary, based on experience but anticipated offer is in range of $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
