Cashier Wanted - $17/hr

Cooklyn Eats is looking for a friendly cashier with great customer service skills for our East New York (Brooklyn) location. During your shift, you will be the face of the company so personality is very important! Only serious candidates that meet the qualifications below will be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE:

This is a high-traffic establishment, must be great under pressure

Must be solution-oriented

Must have experience working in retail or food industry

POS experience required

English, REQUIRED

Spanish proficient, REQUIRED

Must have strong math skills as you'll be responsible for managing cash and making change for customers

Punctuality is key and latenesses/callouts will not be tolerated

Must be a team player who can work well with their fellow coworkers

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Handling all transactions and providing a positive experience

Greeting customers and answering any questions they may have

Hand off orders to delivery drivers

Keep lobby and work station clean at all times

Stamping bags/inventory

Working with your coworkers for

CURRENT SHIFT HOURS:

Tuesday - Saturday, 8am-2:30pm

COMPENSATION:

$17/hour plus tips - weekly pay through direct deposit
