line cook / dishwasher

Kinoko is a Greenpoint (BK) restaurant that focuses on Japanese cuisine with a Cajun / Creole flair. The menu changes seasonally and we also serve various vegan dishes. We are a small but mighty team and looking for one more BOH person to help with the hot line and dish support. There is opportunity to learn how to properly breakdown fish, cook sushi rice and room to grow internally and with our events! We are currently seeking part- time (must be able to work Friday and Saturday) however, this position will grow into full-time with proper training! Please email resume and cover letter.
