FT Grill Cook / Chef for Tiny Restaurant

Plein Air is a tiny neighborhood restaurant in Ridgewood seeking a Grill Chef. Our menu focuses on fresh seasonal vegetables and thoughtful preparations of seafood and meat.

Candidates must carry NYC Food Handler's Certification, passion for cooking, and a skill level including knife skills, fish/meat butchering, raw seafood inventory management, and stock making. There is room for growth and creative input.

We offer PTO, a 4-day work week, and a collaborative working environment. Required Schedule is Wednesday - Sat evening shifts. (2 or 3pm until close- around 11:30pm or 12).
