KITCHEN MANAGER & LINE COOK

Hello, East One Coffee is looking for a professional and responsible Kitchen Manager for our cafe in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service

Hiring new staff and providing training to facilitate quick acclimation

Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times

Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels

Creating schedules for all kitchen staff

Tracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste

Skills

Proven experience managing, leading a team

Speaking Spanish fluently

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

MUST be able to execute proper department of health standards

Job Types: Full-time
