Rica’s Tacos in East Harlem is looking for Experienced prep kitchen helper!

Duty

- get ready for cold/hot table in the morning

- cook/prep meats

- cut meats/pack meats

- fill out ingredients in containers

- count inventory/restocking inventory

- dishwashing

- clean prep area

Qualification

- Must have state ID and social. No cash payment

- Direct deposit for payroll

- Must have at least 1 year continuously working experience in restaurant kitchen

- Must have good knife skills

- Must be fast learner

- Be able to adapt in fast paced kitchen

- Must be able to read/understand measurement cup/spoon

- Must cut 30 tomatoes into small diced less than 30min

- Have positive and respectful attitude to other workers

- Have good communication skill and quickly understand what we need

- Understanding English/Spanish

Hiring test:we will test these skill during interview.

- Cut 10 tomatoes into small diced less than 10min

- Cut onion in small diced

- Measurement spoon and cup test

Immediately hire after passing these test

Work shift: Monday-Friday 9am-2pm(must be full week)

Option: take 30min breaks with non-pay

Training Hourly $16

after 1week of training $18DEO
