Line Cook Wanted

Hi,

Looking for a Line Cook for a restaurant in Upper East Side (1st Avenue & 91st street) for 6 days per week Tuesdays to Sundays. $18 per hour paid by cash, .around 11 or 12 hours per day.

MUST have 1- year kitchen experience as a line cook in restaurant.

I will ask you to butcher a whole chicken .or chop veggies to see if you really know how to cook.
