Seeking Servers + Bartenders

Leland is seeking front-of-house servers and bartenders. Located in Brooklyn’s Prospect Heights neighborhood, Leland Eating, and Drinking House promotes sustainable hand-made cuisine while supporting local farms, creating natural and healthy food without forgoing flavor. We are currently looking for people who have magnetic personalities, care about hospitality, and are passionate about natural food and beverages. We are seeking to add new members to our team and you must be available for weekend service and one to two nights during the week. General requirements:

- Motivated, hard-working, enthusiastic, team player

- Strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage

- Passion for reducing waste, recycling and composting

- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

- NYC Food Protection Certificate Card Holder a plus

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Sense of humor and positive attitude

- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation guidelines of NYDOH and

maintain a letter A grade.
