TEMPORARY DISHWASHER JULY

PORTER / DISHWASHER

Full-Time position available, must work WEEKENDS! Daytime to evening

SUITED is a daytime cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and pastries alongside a forefront multi-roaster and specialty coffee program. We are looking to fill the position of a Porter for the month of JULY and this person will be responsible for the general organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of Suited.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

❏ Carefully wash dishes, cooking tools and flatware. Maintains the dish machine and keeps it stocked with chemicals

❏ Sweeps and mops all floors in kitchen and service areas

❏ Maintains sanitary storage of all waste including GARBAGE, RECYCLING & CARDBOARD and FILTER FRYER OIL; removes all items to the appropriate pickup area at the correct time(s)

❏ Maintains cleanliness in bathroom and storage areas

❏ Understand and follow written and verbal instructions

❏ Attention to detail

❏ Maintains professional conduct and treats coworkers with respect

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS; QUALIFICATIONS

❏ One to two-year experience in in New York City Kitchens
