Farm-to-Table Restaurant Seeking FT Server

The Marshal, a small, farm-to-table wood fired restaurant in Hell's Kitchen, is seeking a full time server for a mix of lunch, brunch, and dinner shifts. The required schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday 10am-4pm, and Sunday 10am-8pm. This new hire will also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts from other staff on an as-needed basis, if available. Training will take place over two weeks and then the aforementioned schedule will the the new hire's responsibility.

The Marshal has been a mainstay of Hell's Kitchen for over a decade, with a mix of loyal regular customers and tourists, and most of our staff has been with us for years. We provide a week paid vacation, sick leave, and family leave. Tips are not pooled, and we currently pay tipped employees $16 per hour in addition to their tips.
