LINE COOK - PART TIME - CAFE

We are hiring a Line Cook to join the team of our cafe, Dot’s, here in Hell’s Kitchen!

Dot’s is a daytime neighborhood sanctuary in the heart of the Hell’s Kitchen hustle, created by the team behind the popular wine bar Ardesia (est. 2009). Dot’s menu features a breakfast and lunch menu consisting of sandwiches, salads, soups and more - all familiar favorites but with signature twists. Alongside our food menus, Dot’s provides high-quality specialty coffee and espresso drinks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be on time for all shifts

Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in and take initiative

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare a menu of breakfast & lunch sandwiches, salads, soups and grab & go items to consist specifications within Dept. of Health guidelines

Work in an organized, efficient and clean manner.

Be hard working, punctual, maintain a high standard of cleanliness, take direction easily and be team players.

DOH Food Handlers Permit is a plus

Starting Rate: $18/hour
