Brunch/AM Cook Needed - East Village New Restaurant

Cafe Maud is an all new concept getting ready to open in the East Village! Hiring for an experienced full time line cook at our high volume cafe/restaurant. Looking for morning and weekend brunch shifts.

Responsibilities Include:

-Fulfilling orders as they come into the kitchen from the front of house

-Maintaining quality of menu items and food presentation

-Setting up the line and maintaining a clean work station throughout the shift

-Taking care of re-stocking or prep that needs to be done for the next shift.

Needs:

-2+ years of experience in a high volume full service kitchen. Experience with brunch/breakfast food preferred.

-Full Time availability AM or PM shifts.

-Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) mandatory

-Ability to get along with others, work as a team, and handle high volume day parts

-A person who is going to enhance the strong culture that has been built and help the business continue to progress
