Boutros is a neighborhood restaurant serving Modern Middle Eastern cuisine with a focus on seasonal ingredients. The menu features many vegetable-driven dishes and draws inspiration from chef's Middle Eastern heritage.

We are looking for people who share both our passion for warm and genuine hospitality and strong knowledge of food and drink. Experience in fine dining is preferred; experience in food and beverage is a must. Candidates should display an eagerness to learn and be able to demonstrate growth in previous positions held.

Schedule for position - all dinner shifts

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. All Days- 4pm - 10/11PM

Must have attention to detail and able to follow instructions. Open kitchen, so cleanliness and ability to follow DOH standards a must.

BUSSER/BARBACK/RUNNER

Anticipate guest needs. Be present and attentive.

Clear, clean, and reset tables according to service standards.

Be able to hand carry plates from kitchen to guests in dining room/bar.

Polish and distribute silverware to service stations.

Polish and distribute glassware to service stations.

Maintain coffee station and fulfill coffee orders.

Be able to multitask and prioritize accordingly.

Juice fresh Fruit for the bar

The ideal candidates will have the following:

Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry

Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills

Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction

Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
