Experienced in high volume restaurant

Experience with Italian Cuisine / Pizza / Fresh Pasta

Open Availability : Day, Night and Weekends are a must for this position

DOH Card is Required

Ability to support prep / line / expo

Ability to create relevant seasonal specials

Experience ordering with NYC vendors

Friendly Demeanor : eager to work with team / share specials with FOH
