Bartenders and FOH Wanted! Busy Upper East Side Loc!

We are a neighborhood pub with great food, drink and regulars. Looking for bartenders and servers that can carry a conversation as well as sling drinks / (cocktail service for servers) when we get busy. Must be friendly and able to multi task, handle high volume, keep a tidy bar / server station and maintain a professional environment as well as crack a joke and upsell.
