Front Counter Cashier/ Barista (Part Time)

We are a mom and pop bagel shop located in Bedstuy. We're dedicated to serving quality ingredients, bagels and coffee to our customers. We are looking for a cashier and barista to serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, take orders at the register, and pack orders for delivery and in house. The ideal person for the position is fast paste, know how to multitask, responsible, and have weekend availability. Pay is hourly, plus good tips! We are searching for someone great to add to our team and potentially grow into a more senior role. Restaurant experience and EXPERIENCE WITH COFFEE IS A MUST.

Qualifications:

● Capable of starting immediately

● Can move/ think quickly, multitasking, and work in high volume pace. (Capable of handling 100+ in house customers)

● Key Holder

● MUST HAVE FRIDAY- SUNDAY.

● Hold a food handlers license (A MUST!)

● At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or bagel shop employee

● Inventory upkeep and management

●Self sufficient and work efficiently without supervision
