Hiring Experienced Barista for Specialty Cafe in the West Village

We are seeking experienced and friendly baristas with the following qualities :

- Experience working in a busy cafe and fast-paced environment (detail training undergone, if applicable)

- Specialty coffee training (dialing in, latte art, maintaining quality)

- Organized and detail oriented

- Fast learner and self-motivated

- Proficient in Online Ordering Tablets (ie: Doordash/Caviar)

- Experience with Square Register

- Ability to multi task

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, having a respectful manner amongst all team members

- Possess ability to pro-actively work on a team and share responsibilities

- Excellent customer service, communication skills and ability to enhance overall guest experience

The general job requirements are as follows:

- 2+ years barista experience, competent in latte art and high traffic/volume environment

- Commitment of 3 shifts per week minimum (opportunity for more shifts)

- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS (Fri-Sun)

-Holiday availability if needed.

- NYC food handler's license, or ability to obtain one if hired

-Shifts range from 7am-1pm, 8am-4pm, 1pm-6:30/7pm
