New Midtown West Cocktail Bar is Hiring Barbacks!

New cocktail bar in Midtown West is looking for experienced bar backs to join our growing team!

Those interested in applying should have a minimum (3) years experience in a similar role.

Candidates should have a passion for hospitality and all things food and beverage.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of basic drink recipes, garnishes, and bar equipment is advantageous

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and move around for extended periods

- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Bartenders in maintaining the bar and beverage program daily, including:

- Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar and supply areas from opening to closing

- Preparing cocktail ingredients like juices, syrups, and salts

- Replenishing bar supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, juices, napkins, straws, and ice daily

- Preparing and maintaining beer and cocktail kegs daily

- Clearing and cleaning up after diners at the bar

- Promptly reporting equipment and beverage quality concerns to the head bartender, beverage director, or managers

- Knowledgeable about using and maintaining equipment properly

- Fulfilling additional tasks as assigned by the head bartender, beverage director, or managers

- Providing backup support to bartenders in preparing and serving margaritas, beer, wine, and tequila

- Assisting bartenders in welcoming guests and settling bills at closing
