Part time cook position at Butcher Shop

Ends Meat is a butcher shop and kitchen in Sunset Park looking for energetic and positive line cooks with an interest in learning about local meat and whole animal butchery. The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years experience in kitchens or retail food service establishments. All of our meat that goes into our menu is made in-house, so there’s an opportunity for this position to learn about whole animal butchery, anatomy, and the work that goes into making a delicious sandwich from a 1,000lb. animal.
